On 10 July 2020, the Artemis Global Equity Income Fund was merged with the Artemis Global Income Fund. The merger was approved at an extraordinary resolution of shareholders, convened virtually on 25 June 2020.
As described in the circular issued to shareholders on 26 May 2020 (see below), current shares of the Artemis Global Equity Income Fund were exchanged for new units of the Artemis Global Income Fund on 10 July 2020, the effective date.
